Leadership Circle: Catalyst WERK Community, Library and Workshops
Members of the LIT Leadership Group learn Experiential & Somatic IFS meditation (inner journeys), movement, role-play and constellation techniques focused on healing their inner systems. While receiving support, you will also learn to facilitate these somatic prompts for your clients. Therapists benefit from this group as either an introduction to experiential & somatic IFS, or as a means to integrate prior IFS training into their personal and professional lives. Past members have found this group to be a community that helps them learn, feel less isolated, get more practice with experiential IFS and have more consistent connection, especially during these challenging times.LIT Leadership is about fine tuning our own embodied parts awareness to help those we serve.The body is home to all parts contributing to transference and countertransference. By strengthening our own somatic awareness, we are able to attend to ourselves when we are blended with parts and feel the empowerment that comes when we lead with the Self energy of our embodied heart using experiential & somatic techniques.
