Your anxiety, sadness, rage and shame all played  vital roles in your survival when you were growing up. These shadows - or mini personalities within your mind, body and spirit - get a bad rap, but underneath they’re really your are our like friends that we love that get a bad wrap. They are the black sheep of the family within us. The judged and shamed little children that are always doing the best they can with what we learned when we were little. They couldn't have known better.

When we allow these personalities  to be felt, seen and heard, they miraculously shift into our greatest protection, calm, creativity and compassion. You get to rediscover the incredible and true you.

This Work allows us to  see the genius behind even our most annoying traits, and harness them as superpowers.

Before I landed on the path that led me to develop this work, I thought so too.

But we all have a lot more in common than you might think. I’ve had my own struggles with crippling anxiety, deep grief, a fierce inner critic, an eating disorder, compulsive substance abuse,"codependency", trauma, illness and profound loss a young age. Developing LIT Shadow Work allowed me to transform my relationship with my suffering, fall in love with myself, own my desires, embody my purpose and help others do the same.  Once we can clearly see the patterns operating inside us, we can see what we might normally call "self-sabotage" “anxiety” “addiction”  or  "resistance to change"  for what it truly is: our own attempt to protect ourselves using outdated strategies. When we’re able to bring mindful awareness to our shadow selves within a powerful therapeutic container,  we can heal them for good.

LIT Shadow Work will show you how to move through difficult  feelings, dissolve stubborn habits, break free from old limitations and play full out at life so you can realize the dream life hidden inside you. 

 

These practices will give you the body awareness needed to tap into your most liberated and authentic self.
